| Norman S. Moss, is an
Attorney at Law, licensed to practice in Florida since 1997. He has lived in Florida since
1987. Prior to that, he lived in Michigan where he practiced law for more than twelve
years. He is graduate of Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Social
Sciences. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from Wayne State University School of Law.
He is also certified by the Florida Supreme Court to preside over civil
matters as a Court Certified civil Trial Mediator. |

Norman S. Moss |
| As the son of an accountant, he shared office space in
Detroit, Michigan with his father and provided many of his fathers clients with
timely legal advice regarding transactional matters that effected the operation of their
respective businesses. He has brought his knowledge of business with him. He has also
gained first hand knowledge of the inner workings of many differing types of businesses,
as during those years between deciding to move to Florida, and his eventual decision to
enter the practice of law in Florida, he worked as either and advisor or in house
consultant to several business entities. His experience transcends into manufacturing,
construction and service oriented businesses. |

Mr. Moss
has two children, Jeffrey Moss and Karyn Bylinowski. Jeffrey is an Attorney at Law
who obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of Michigan and his Masters of Law in
Taxation at Wayne State University School of Law. Jeffrey specializes in Tax Law and
is a Senior Attorney with the Butzel Long Law Firm that maintains offices in Michigan and
Florida. Jeffs wife, Leigh Dones Moss is also an Attorney at Law and is a
partner in the law firm of Resnick and Moss.
Karyn is a graduate of Eastern Michigan University and is
an Account Supervisor and has a B.S. in Organizational Communications. Her husband,
Steven is a licensed mortgage broker. Steven
graduated from Southern Illinois University with a B.S. in Business. |
